Work Arrangement: In Office IT Procurement Specialist What you’ll do:Contract Management & Negotiation – Manage contract lifecycles in Coupa, including new contracts, renewals, and RFPs. Engage with business stakeholders and vendors, review contract terms, and negotiate pricing and scope.Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration – Gather missing information, work with legal, data privacy, risk, and insurance teams, and facilitate discussions with vendors to finalize agreements.Project Management & Execution – Handle multiple projects at different phases, from information gathering to contract execution, ensuring smooth approval workflows and timely renewals.Who you are:5+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience – Strong negotiation skills with software (SaaS) and hardware contracts (e.g., Microsoft, ServiceNow, Cisco).Strong Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Ability to work in ambiguity, gather missing details, and keep projects moving despite incomplete information.Multi-Project Execution – Experience managing new contracts, RFPs, and renewals simultaneously (typically 8+ projects at once).What’s Next:Please email your resume directly to View email address on click.appcast.io if you are interested.
