Objetivo del puesto Responsable de mantener al día y en cumplimiento con la legislación vigente los temas contables, fiscales y administrativos relacionados con Aurum & Gold y los demás negocios del grupo, asegurando el correcto cumplimiento de obligaciones y la prevención de riesgos fiscales y legales. La posición tendrá participación en una etapa de crecimiento, ya que la empresa contempla la apertura de nuevos negocios en República Dominicana. Principales responsabilidades Llevar y mantener actualizada la operación contable de la empresa. Realizar y supervisar procesos de facturación . Preparar y presentar declaraciones e impuestos correspondientes. Dar seguimiento a obligaciones relacionadas con PTU . Atender temas relacionados con EPR . Vigilar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales y contables. Identificar y prevenir riesgos relacionados con lavado de dinero y cumplimiento . Mantener la información contable y fiscal al día y conforme a la legislación aplicable. Resolver de manera oportuna situaciones relacionadas con la operación contable. Dar soporte contable a los diferentes negocios del grupo, incluyendo: Compra y venta de metales no ferrosos. Ganadería. Renta y venta de inmuebles. Préstamos. Participar en los requerimientos contables derivados de la expansión de nuevos negocios en República Dominicana. Requisitos Experiencia sólida en contabilidad general y fiscal . Conocimientos en: Facturación. Impuestos y declaraciones fiscales. PTU. Cumplimiento fiscal. Prevención y cumplimiento relacionado con lavado de dinero. Operación contable. Capacidad para tomar decisiones y resolver problemas de manera autónoma. Alta iniciativa y sentido de responsabilidad. Inglés aproximadamente 70% , con capacidad para comunicarse. Visa y pasaporte vigentes , preferentemente. Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Hermosillo. Importante: no podrá trabajar simultáneamente para otra empresa del mismo giro.
