Summary: As a Crew Member at AuntieAnnesCinnabon, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. You will prepare and serve our signature baked goods and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service Greet customers warmly and with enthusiasm. Assist customers in selecting menu items and answer any questions about the products. Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the cash register. Food Preparation Prepare and bake signature menu items according to company standards and recipes. Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in all preparation areas. Teamwork Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing tasks. Cleanliness & Safety Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen, dining, and storage spaces. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required - training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
