Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a vital role in keeping repairs moving efficiently while delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting the production team.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers, technicians, and insurance partners in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify, source, order, and distribute the correct OEM and aftermarket parts needed for collision repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure incoming parts are received, inspected, and stocked correctly.
• Verify parts for accuracy and completeness before repairs begin to minimize delays.
• Price parts accurately and maintain up-to-date inventory information within the dealership management system.
• Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure timely availability of parts throughout the repair process.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
• Inform customers of current parts and accessory promotions when appropriate.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
