Experienced Automotive Technician

Job Description

Job Description

Would you describe your current job as the most family-friendly auto repair shop in Berks County? Our team does.

• NO WEEKENDS. Make time with your family and do the things you want to do. We worked half-days on Saturdays for years, so we know… it’s life-changing when you STOP DOING THAT!

• $1000 a year vacation benefit . Yes, really. Where do you want to visit this year? No stay-cations. You and your family need to make some memories.

• Financial Peace . Do your personal finances cause you stress? Wish you had the resources to buy a house? Want to get your debt under control? We can help with that.

• Stability. Plenty of work… loyal customers and an awesome online reputation. There are people waiting in line for the services you provide.

• $100 Monthly Tool Allowance so you can build your box without feeling guilty for it (or signing your firstborn over to the tool guy)

• Lunch every Wednesday. “ Lunch & Learn” one week, Team meeting the following week. Lunch is on us every Wednesday.

• Ongoing Technician Training & Professional Development opportunities. Daily app-based micro-trainings and biweekly Lunch & Learns help you stay ahead of the curve with technology and level up on diagnostics and other skills… no matter what level you’re starting at!

• Awesome Co-workers. When we ask employees what they love most about working here, the first answer is always “the people!” Have fun at work and at play. After work: Team picnics, pig-roasts, go-karts, games & contests, hockey or baseball, axe throwing, kayaking, paintball

• Positive leadership. Open communication, leaders who appreciate your input & respond to your needs.  Set goals, solve problems, and do life  together .

• Paperless shop. No clipboards needed. Voice-to-text your notes, and take pictures + videos on your iPad instead.

• New Shop Tools & Top Tier Equipment make your work faster and easier (Autel Ultra with the Maxi Oscilloscope, Hunter Hawkeye Elite Alignment Machine, Hunter Road-Force Tire Balancer, Dealer Programming equipment)

• Influence. YOU have a voice in deciding what else we need and how we should optimize our processes.

• Organized, stocked shelves + Multiple Information Systems. What you need is there when you need it.

• Paid Time Off + Company Holidays

• Medical / Health Insurance – No waiting period!

• Dental + Vision (no cost)

• Accident Insurance (no cost), plus Short-Term Disability & other Supplemental Insurances you can add on

• Tool Insurance (no cost) – We protect your livelihood.

• 401K with 4% matching – We’ll help you plan for a better future.

• Money isn’t everything, but let’s be honest: We’re all working because we’re trying to achieve something, right? So it DOES matter that we pay our technicians the kind of wages you pay to Professionals. Our owners are “good sharers,” who go out of their way to take care of the people who take care of them with an excellent Incentivized Compensation Plan .

Even more important than all those things: You’ll be part of something bigger. You’ve chosen such a noble career. You serve people. You do hard things. You make the public safer. You’ve spent years growing your skills, and you have so much to offer. Come be part of a team that SEES you, VALUES you, and will give you opportunities to do something that MATTERS in our community and in people’s lives!

Our goal is to be the new “Work Home” that you need.
