Key Responsibilities

This is how you'll help us succeed:

• Conduct daily reconciliation of sales and issuing settlement, identify variances and work with internal team to resolve any gaps.
• Assist with all financial operations including conducting daily and monthly balancing and reconciliation of bank accounts, reconciling client daily accounting files and approving money movement.
• Manage new payment related projects.
• Assist with building global expansion processes and procedures.
• Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

Applicants for this role will have:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience required
• Payments experience required with understanding of card networks and settlement reconciliation procedures
• Analytical, budgeting and/or financial focused mindset
• Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with acquiring and/or issuing a plus
• Knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM tools for work is a plus
