What You’ll Do Weld and fabricate crane structures, booms and structural components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings Use MIG, TIG and stick welding based on the job Inspect and repair structural components to meet safety and industry standards Run grinders, torches, cutting equipment and other shop tools Keep welding equipment and tools maintained and running efficientlyWork with technicians, mechanics and engineers to diagnose issues and solve problems Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and OSHA guidelines Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used and time on each job What You Bring 3+ years of welding experience, preferably in crane manufacturing, crane repair or heavy equipment Proficiency in MIG, TIG and stick welding Experience in structural welding and metal fabrication Solid blueprint and technical drawing reading skills Working knowledge of OSHA, ANSI and AWS standards Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Ability to handle heavy materials and work at heights and in confined spaces High school diploma or GED required Technical welding certification preferred; AWS certification is a plus Why You’ll Want This Job Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Life insurance Professional development assistance, so you can keep building your skills and certs Employee referral program Steady, hands‑on work with a respected global company #J-18808-Ljbffr
