Specialty Coffee Business Consultant

Kaffé Magnum Opus, a specialty coffee roaster with over 30 years of excellence in quality, taste, and service, is seeking a Coffee Business Consultant powerhouse to aggressively expand our B2B client base. This role is built for a focused, desk-based champion who excels at high-volume outbound calling and closing deals.

We offer an unrivaled selection, including over 100 Straights and Blends, and we are an industry leader in Flavored Coffee. We partner with national clients, ranging from small local cafés to coffee shop chains, and we need you to drive our growth.

The Challenge: Own the Phone and Drive New Business

We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to "pound the pavement" via the phone to establish new and budding relationships with coffee businesses throughout the U.S. As our Specialty representative, your primary focus will be on closing Business-to-Business (B2B) Prospects for our primary product: Bulk Coffee in 5LB Bags.

Key Responsibilities & Indicators of Success :

· Champion Cold Calling: Execute daily, high-volume outbound calls to consistently identify new leads and prospects.

· Pipeline Management: Guide potential clients through our Sales Funnel, documenting calls, leads, and client interactions in our CRM.

· Relationship & Revenue Generation: Form strong relationships and consistently close sales with qualified leads and prospects.

· Exceed Goals: Meet and aggressively exceed monthly and yearly sales goals for the company.

· Product Knowledge: Develop a fundamental understanding of coffee fundamentals, including participation in in-house coffee tasting classes with our Coffee Expert

What You Need to Bring to the Table

We are looking for a quick-thinking, energetic, and confident business development professional who is ready to make a significant impact from day one. Someone who embodies what a human espresso shot might be.

Required Attributes & Skills:

· A "Go Getter" attitude with a competitive spirit—you live to win.

· Exceptional Communication Skills—the ability to be persuasive, clear, and professional over the phone is paramount.

· Proficiency with MS Office and Excel knowledge.

· At least a year of experience in B2B Development and closing

· Love of Coffee!
