The Opportunity 100% Outpatient Family Medicine Manageble 15-20 patients per day 4.5-day workweek with protected administrative time Join an established team of 2 Family Medicine physicians, 2 APPs, and a General Surgeon Supportive administrative backing Medical Director opportunity available for interested candidates Practice medicine with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility Compensation & Benefits Competitive guaranteed salary for Years 1 & 2 $90,000 recruitment package $3,000 reimbursement for Texas license, DEA, and professional dues 25 days PTO Comprehensive benefits package includes health, retirement, malpractice, PTO, CME, and relocation allowance Why West Texas?
