Heavy Equipment Operator - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now hiring heavy equipment operators for a 5 month project in Milpitas!

We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to run Cat 325, Cat 350, backhoes, skid steers, and skip loaders. Need to know how to rough grade. Must be open to doing labor tasks when equipment is not running. Pay rate is $36-43 an hour, depending on experience plus $125/day for days worked in per diem. Schedule is 4x10s, Mon-Thurs.

Experience running Cat 325, Cat 350, and backhoes. Need to be proficient in skip loaders and rough grading. Finish grading is preferred. Will need to pass a 7 panel drug screen and a background check that goes back 7 years.
