Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' needs, challenges, and backgrounds.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches, focusing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Implement therapeutic interventions effectively, adapting your style to meet the diverse needs of each client.

  • Maintain stringent confidentiality protocols and accurate records in alignment with HIPAA regulations.

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team during case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the effectiveness of care provided.

  • Engage in continuous professional development by staying attuned to the latest mental health research and therapeutic advancements.

  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and their families, who are experiencing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An active and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Demonstrable proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy methodologies.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building therapeutic relationships.

  • A proven ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing a healthy caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:
