Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its St. George, Utah office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general business transactions. Duties Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. Advise clients on compliance and general business matters. Form entities and structure transactions. Negotiate and draft complex transaction documents. Manage transaction due diligence processes and closings. Ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws and filings. Build and maintain client relationships. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate, securities, M&A, and general business transactions. Licensed to practice law in Utah or willing to become licensed. Licenses in California, Nevada, or other jurisdictions are beneficial. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the State of Utah. Skills Strong attention to detail and conscientiousness.
