What you will be doing:Working directly with agile teams as a Scrum Master on planning and executionMentoring and teaching agile teams and individuals within the Product Development Organization including the leadership teamFacilitating cross functional collaboration within the Product Development OrganizationLiving and breathing the continuous improvement cultureChampioning change managementImplementing agile team rolloutsCoaching new employees on agile processQualifications· A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics· Tremendous organization and communication skills· Intrinsically motivated· Solid interpersonal skills and plays extremely well with others· Passion around facilitation, empowerment, and servant leadership· Know/worked with and within Scrum, Kanban, and/or XP teams extensively· Knowledge of sound Agile Engineering Practices (TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, etc.)· Sound knowledge around Agile Lifecycle Management Tools· Bachelor's Degree requiredAdditional InformationEOE M/F/D/V
