A large, well-established primary care organization is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its rapidly expanding outpatient network throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area .

As part of its continued growth, the organization has recently opened 8 brand-new primary care clinics , creating an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join an established healthcare system while helping build thriving new practices. This position offers exceptional work-life balance, a collaborative clinical environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a modern primary care setting with no hospital responsibilities.

Clinical Details

Practice comprehensive outpatient primary care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Patient Population

• Ages 0-65
• Commercial insurance patients only
• Preventive medicine and wellness
• Acute care
• Chronic disease management
• Annual wellness visits
• Women's wellness exams

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Patient Volume

• Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day

Clinical Setting

• Outpatient Primary Care
• No inpatient responsibilities
• No hospital rounding
• No call
• No weekends

Clinic Locations

Providers work exclusively from one clinic location — no travel between clinics is required.

The organization has recently opened 8 brand-new clinics conveniently located throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area , allowing providers to choose the location that best fits their commute and lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $125,000–$135,000
• Annual Bonus: 8.33% of Base Salary

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or eligible for Arizona licensure
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Primary Care experience preferred
• Comfortable treating patients ages 0-65
• Comfortable performing annual wellness and women's wellness exams
• Spanish bilingual preferred for most clinic locations
