Today, I operate two offices: my Legacy office in Midland with six team members, and my second location in Andrews with three team members. Across both offices, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and rewarding environment where our team can thrive. We like to keep things enjoyable day-to-day with Nespresso machines in both offices, surprise breakfasts (think donuts or burritos), and team lunches.
