Forklift Operator
This role focuses on accurate order picking, timely replenishment, and safe material handling in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts, use RF scan guns to fulfill and stage customer orders, and support shipping activities while maintaining high productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bi-lingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
- Experience staging orders for shipping is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a very fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed.
You will work in a clean, large warehouse environment alongside over 100 colleagues on a very fast-paced shift. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime that may start as early as 5:00 a.m. based on operational needs. The role relies heavily on warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and RF scan guns, as well as desktop applications like MS Dynamics 365 F&O and MS Office. The facility emphasizes safety, organization, and efficient material flow, creating a structured yet dynamic environment where teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
