In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing client engagements, supervising staff, and acting as a strategic tax advisor to a range of businesses and individuals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical work and developing strong professional networks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review individual and corporate tax returns (federal, state/local, and international)
• Provide in-depth consultation and research on complex tax issues
• Manage and support federal and state audits
• Oversee day-to-day workflow, job planning, and team supervision
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience (required)
• CPA license (required for Manager-level role)
• Strong background in corporate and/or high-net-worth individual tax
• Proven leadership skills-you know how to coach and inspire a team
• Ability to work independently and analyze complex matters with confidence
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
• Experience or interest in a niche or specialized industry is a plus
• A growing network of professional contacts, referral sources, and industry connections
