Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, M-F, Overtime opportunities as needed
Location:  Weston, FL - Onsite

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Creating cases using a proprietary case management system
• Reviewing CT scans for protocol conformity
• Segmenting CT scans to create 3D anatomical models
• Planning pre-operative surgical procedures for hip and knee replacements
• Reviewing plans for accuracy and uploading to field personnel
• Maintaining strict documentation and adherence to work instructions
• Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or above preferred)
• Possess a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in Salesforce, Materialize MIMICS, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Are proficient in English and meet visual acuity requirements
