Job Description

Kelly is hiring Electronics Technicians for Silvus Technologies, a Motorola company. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on technical work, and want to work with cutting-edge technology, apply today!

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Training

• One week of paid training
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Test electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Perform final product assembly and system-level testing
• Record production and testing data accurately
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
• Help ensure products meet quality and performance standards

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong manual dexterity
• Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, and tweezers
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous electronics manufacturing, assembly, or testing experience
• Familiarity with printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Experience with quality inspection or manufacturing processes
• Desire to learn and grow in electronics manufacturing
