Assoc. Quality Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provide quality engineering support to manufacturing lines and product development teams
- Lead and manage process improvement projects, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Develop training programs and track quality metrics across operations
- Support internal and external audits, manage findings, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with FDA, regulatory standards, and quality system procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences
- 2-5+ years of related quality or manufacturing experience
- Understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance frameworks
- CAPA experience preferred
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with databases and quality management software
