Assistant Property Manager

Overview Assist with daily property management operations Communicate with tenants, vendors, and property owners Maintain records and prepare reports Process invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks Support leasing and tenant relations activities Ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally. Skills and Experience Previous Property Management or Real Estate experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience using QuickBooks
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
