Personal Care Aides Needed

We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to work in a long-term care setting, providing support to residents with activities of daily living.

Hourly pay rate: $20

Personal Care Home Requirements:

• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting
• Ability to Communicate Effectively
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location

Flagstar PCAs are expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Provide companionship with the residents
• Assist with mobility issues, helping residents get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
• Help with personal hygiene (i.e. brushing teeth, toileting, bathing)
• Assist with all daily activities, based on the residents limitations and needs
