This contract opportunity offers a flexible structure: one full-time therapist, or the option for two to three part-time therapists to share the responsibilities, ensuring an ideal work-life balance. Begin as soon as possible and help cover a critical need, with the potential to continue through the full academic year.

What you’ll bring:

• Active Physical Therapist license for the state of Florida
• Experience in school settings is highly preferred, but not required
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfort with an itinerant model—servicing 2-3 schools per day (caseload organized with additional PT and PTA support)
• Commitment to providing both direct and indirect services for a diverse student group

Your role will include:

• Delivering therapy to a caseload of approximately 94 students (caseload is shared)
• Both assessment and ongoing treatment, tailored to individual student needs
• Documentation and compliance with district procedures and protocols
• Managing time across different campuses in an organized and efficient manner
• Engaging in ongoing communication with educators, parents, and guardians

This position offers a regular weekday schedule—Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch—allowing you to maintain evenings and weekends free.
