Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional education in business, communications, sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial. High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred, and related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships. Experience using computers, CRM systems, office software, or business applications. Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and dependable attendance.

Job Duties Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information Prepare quotes, pricing, and availability details Manage orders and coordinate delivery expectations Build strong customer relationships to increase retention Support onboarding of new customers Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns Assist sales team members with customer needs Help promote excess inventory through customer sales efforts

Preferred Qualifications Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, retail sales, or office administration experience is preferred. Experience using CRM software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, or sales management tools is beneficial. Knowledge of order processing, quoting, product support, or business-to-business sales is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, communication skills, initiative, and a customer-focused attitude are well positioned for success as a Inside Sales Representative.

Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person. Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity throughout the workday.
