Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries.
Provide information and referrals to community resources, including housing, counseling, food assistance, and other support services.
Make outbound calls and emails to potential grant funders, donors, and community partners.
Research grant opportunities and track outreach efforts.
Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people.
Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Administrative, nonprofit, or fundraising experience is a plus.
Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with the community, and supporting a meaningful cause.
Looking for a team member who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families impacted by domestic violence.
