About The Role Ivo is hiring its first in-house designer to raise the floor and the ceiling on how we show up in the market. This is a hands‑on brand and marketing design role: you'll ship collateral that makes sales sharper, campaigns that feel unmistakably Ivo, a website that converts, and event/physical work that looks like a company that takes design seriously. You won't be inheriting a mature internal design org or a pristine brief every time. You'll build the muscle and the system: templates, guidelines, review standards, and the habits that turn "fire drills" into a predictable pipeline. In the first 90 days, success looks like shipping a lot, learning our brand deeply, and making the next piece of work easier and better than the last. What You’ll Own/Achieve Ship high-volume GTM collateral that is readable in six seconds: one-pagers, decks, reports, sales enablement. Own campaign and social design end-to-end: paid ads, LinkedIn graphics and carousels, email and blog assets. Improve and ship website work: landing page comps, page updates, and new experiences. Deliver event and physical design that holds up in the real world: booth graphics, backdrops, print ads, signage, swag, vendor‑ready files. Build and evolve the brand system: templates, guidelines, and a clear bar for what is "on brand" as the company scales. Elevate work produced by external designers through clear, actionable feedback and fast iteration. Skills You'll Need to Bring Exceptional visual craft: typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition. Expert-level Figma: components, auto‑layout, variants, and libraries. Dense information design: you can make a one-pager or deck readable fast, even when the content is heavy. Comfort operating inside an existing brand system while pushing it forward without breaking it. Strong design critique skills: you can review and elevate other designers' work with specific, useful feedback. Print and large‑format design/production competence: bleed, dielines, vendor specs. 7+ years of brand or marketing design experience, ideally including time in‑house at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company or at an agency serving similar clients. Preferred Qualifications After Effects or similar motion and video tools, applied to brand and campaign work. Hands‑on with Webflow: you can build, QA, and publish a page yourself. Comfortable using AI‑assisted tools as part of your workflow: for image generation, production work like extending and adapting assets, and design‑to‑code prototyping. Final offer details are determined based on experience, expertise, and overall fit.
