The A-Team is the voice of our company and is responsible for the first impression of our automotive dealership within the market. An A-Teamer makes an average of 200–250 outbound phone calls daily to prospective car buyers, setting appointments for our Solution Specialists. They do not have to close a sale; they are only responsible for beginning a relationship and opening a dialogue in a positive way by offering free, helpful and desirable information. Responsibilities

• Make 200–250 outbound calls per day to prospective car buyers.
• Set appointments for Solution Specialists.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ask tough questions and overcome objections.
• Meet and exceed productivity and performance goals.

Qualifications Experience in phone sales and/or appointment setting, marketing, or confidence to speak to new people on the phone. Ability to ask tough questions. Knowledge of how to overcome an objection and turn a NO into a YES. Drive and motivation to make 200–250 calls per day. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, upbeat and savvy communicator. Career oriented. Comfortable using a computer. Strong work ethic, professional manner and positive attitude. Prefer stable work history.
