Loans Business Analyst
Responsible for collecting all project requirements. Responsible for gathering and formalizing business requirements Interacting with the Business users, development & testing teams for effective delivery Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood Able to document the requirements, functional specification documents/ product backlogs / Epics/User Stories Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideas and identifying solutions Strong working experience on Loans Applications Servicing and Origination In-depth knowledge of Loans processing end to end. Should be proficient with STLC, Testing techniques and tools. Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and ALM. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and front facing customer management.
