Vice President OF Operations

Leading a national portfolio of over 40 mission-critical data centers, the full-time Vice President of Data Center Operations will manage daily operations, ensure performance and reliability, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across the data center portfolio, ensuring execution, reliability, and workforce performance Lead regional operations leaders and site teams, establishing clear expectations and accountability for performance Enhance operational performance of critical facility infrastructure, ensuring maintenance discipline and incident preparedness Required Qualifications Ten or more years of leadership experience in mission-critical or industrial operations environments Significant experience managing multi-site operations teams across multiple geographies Deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within data center environments Proven track record of improving operational consistency and workforce performance at scale Strong command of safety, compliance, and risk management principles in operational settings
