About the Role We’re looking for a Menu Services Specialist to join our Nutrition Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Menu Services , you’ll be supporting increased customer demand and ensuring high‑quality, consistent service delivery and operationalizing the Menu Services sub‑division and executing the strategic direction established by leadership. What You’ll Do Assist customers in data set‑up related to therapeutic, texture‑modified, allergen‑restricted, and culturally‑appropriate diets utilizing industry‑standard dietary practices and MealSuite system expertise. Complete assigned menu services projects related to menu development, configuration, review, validation, and approval using established best practices and MealSuite tools. Perform recipe quality assurance analysis utilizing culinary principles and MealSuite recipe standards to ensure accuracy and standardization of MealSuite system core recipes. Support the creation and continuous improvement of internal and external menu services resources, ensuring materials reflect current industry standards, system capabilities, and customer needs. Work cross‑functionally with implementation, product, and support teams to resolve complex menu and data challenges. Identify opportunities to improve menu workflows, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience. What You Bring 2 years of experience in menu services, menu planning and development. Experience using food service software. Experience in long‑term care and/or acute care facilities. Experience reviewing and approving menus in healthcare settings in accordance with applicable regulations. Registered Dietician. Understanding of therapeutic, IDDSI Texture Modified Diet Standards, & Healthcare Foodservice Regulations. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment. Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required). Compensation $60,000–$80,000 CAD per year or $60,000–$80,000 USD per year.
