We are innovative, creative, and continuously improving. Job Description We are looking for Certified Midwife to provide primary care services as part of our primary care clinical team. The midwife will work with a multi-disciplinary team to care for and provide medical services to patients, including examining/conducting tests; analyze records, reports, and test results; to prevent and or diagnose illness, disease or injury; prescribe/administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, and/or injury; explain procedures and test results on prescribed treatment plan; manage labs, referrals. The midwife will collaborate with other nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants and other support staff as part of the clinical team.
