Client Executive

As a Client Executive in the Private Client Group, you'll build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, deliver proactive risk consultation, and ensure exceptional service throughout the client journey. You'll manage a book of business, lead onboarding, support renewals, and collaborate with Advisors to recommend coverage solutions and carrier strategies. You'll be a trusted resource for clients, guiding them through claims and policy changes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new clients and delivering a seamless transition experience.
• Managing and retaining a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Consulting with clients to assess risk and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborating with Advisors to quote, present, and bind policies for new and renewal business.
• Leading carrier negotiations and overseeing policy issuance.
• Reviewing policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
• Conducting annual insurance and risk reviews; providing actionable recommendations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in agency systems (e.g., Epic).
• Identifying opportunities to expand coverage for existing clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Supporting agency growth and retention goals.
• Traveling to meet clients and partners as needed.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (Colorado).
• Insurance designations (CISR, CIC) a plus.
• 5+ years' client-facing insurance experience, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation information:

• Pay Range: $70,000 - $130,000/year (Dependent on experience and/or qualifications)
• Total Compensation = Pay + Performance Bonus (up to 10%) + Benefits

Physical demands:

This position primarily operates in a professional office environment. The employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods, use hands to operate a computer, keyboard and other office equipment. The role requires clear verbal and written communication, including use of the telephone, email, and other collaboration tools. Periodic standing, walking, and light lifting or carrying of materials (generally up to 10 pounds) may be required.
