Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Frästechnik
Als Traditionsunternehmen sind wir seit 1884 in der Welt der Stahlumformung zu Hause. Unsere Kernkompetenz liegt in der Herstellung von Gesenkschmiedestücken aus unterschiedlichen Stählen wie auch Edelstählen und Aluminium in der Gewichtsklasse von 0,1 - 6 kg.
Neben dem Schmieden bieten wir die Weiterverarbeitung der Werkstücke durch mechanische Bearbeitung und die Zusammenstellung und Montage von Bauteilen an. Wir begleiten die gesamte Prozesskette über die Vorentwicklung, Serienerstellung bis hin zur Serienproduktion.
Unser Branchenspektrum umfasst die Automobilzulieferindustrie, die Bergbau- und Fördertechnik, den Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, die Bauindustrie und die Werkzeug- und Medizintechnik.

Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)- Schwerpunkt Frästechnik
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
- Fertigung von Präzisionsbauteilen nach Zeichnung und Vorgabe
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Maßprüfungen mit entsprechenden Messmitteln und Dokumentation gemäß QM-System
- Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses und Optimierung von Abläufen
- Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Fertigungsprogrammen (CNC-Fräsen)
- Instandhaltung, Reinigung und regelmäßige Wartung der Fräsmaschinen
- Zusammenarbeit mit erforderlichen Unternehmensbereichen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Zwingende erforderlich sind fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der CNC Fräs- und Drehtechnik
- Technisches Verständnis und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
- Gute Deutschkenntnis in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft in Schichten zu arbeiten, Früh-und Spätschicht
