Provide direct patient care to patients in our rehabilitative setting, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams and patients

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, challenges, and goals

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and standards
