Experience Required: Considering individuals with strong round parts machining experience.

• Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Leadership, Manufacturing Processes, Communications

• General CNC machining experience alone is not equivalent, as the skill set and processes differ significantly.

• Coming from a background in other machining areas myself, I understand the distinction and know it can take time to develop that expertise.

• I need to see direct round parts machining experience reflected within the candidates’ job duties and responsibilities, not just listed as a skill. As mentioned, gear manufacturing experience is needed, and I will be prioritizing candidates accordingly.
