Assistant Coach Minor Sports of Men's Soccer UC Clermont College is seeking an Assistant Coach for the Men's Soccer program. The role reports to Brian Sullivan and focuses on coaching duties, recruitment, fundraising, academic compliance, and program operations in alignment with USCAA Division rules. Work arrangement is onsite. Responsibilities Administer all coaching and organizational duties. Recruit academically and athletically qualified student‑athletes. Mentor and encourage student‑athletes to succeed academically, earn a degree, and represent the university with integrity. Maintain current knowledge of USCAA rules and regulations. Assist with practices and drills, provide statistics and scores, and attend weekly open gyms. Transport athletes to away games. Participate in public and alumni relations and promotional activities. Assist in establishing positive media relations. Support fundraising efforts by cultivating and soliciting donors to meet goals. Perform related duties as needed based on departmental requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required). Bachelor’s Degree considered. Valid driver’s license and ability to transport athletes. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in influencing student readiness, fostering academic success, and mentoring. Physical Requirements Sitting – continuously.
