Client Services Manager Habilitation

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Pittsburgh PA Habilitation office . Our team supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities.

This position has been created due to the continued growth of our office and expanding services in the Pittsburgh community. Its an exciting opportunity to join a growing team while building your leadership skills and advancing your career in healthcare management.

As a Client Services Manager youll gain hands-on experience in client services team leadership operations business development and caseload management . Youll work closely with Clinical Managers and field employees while taking on increasing responsibility as the office continues to grow.

What Youll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and support high-quality services for I/DD clients
• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs
• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload
• Build lasting relationships with clients families referral sources payors and community organizations
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership
• Monitor key metrics and maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision support and resources to field employees
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction employee engagement and service delivery
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as the office grows

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree required
• Prior I/DD Habilitation medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility
• Ambition initiative and a growth mindset
• Strong computer skills including electronic medical record experience
• Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients families employees and community partners
