Sonographers explain the process to patients and alert physicians of critical findings or changes in patient condition that require further evaluation.Reporting: Prepare preliminary echo reports including relevant measurements.Call: Participate in weeknight and weekend call. Sonographers take "Home Call" with call pay. On average, sonographers are called in overnight approximately once a month.
