Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Location

Midland, TX | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, and transition areas within the Labor and Delivery unit
• Provide skilled nursing care to obstetric patients across multiple care settings within the unit
• Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS protocols as applicable
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Expected to work some holidays as part of the rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (pending license accepted at time of submission; must be active prior to start date)
• NIHSS certification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Prior Labor and Delivery experience across multiple unit areas including triage and antepartum
