in Clarkston, WASHINGTON. Job Description 1099 Independent Contractor model

Independent practice - no supervision or medical direction

Staffing ratio - 1 MD/4 CRNAs

WA has no state income tax

Bread and butter cases: no heads, hearts, OB, trauma

Ortho, General, Urology, GI, podiatry, GYN, healthy peds

Pager call only - low volume on-call cases

Skills: spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia preferred

Compensation: Expected annual earning: $320K with opportunity to earn additional compensation Sign-On Bonus available

13 weeks vacation annually

Facility Details: Critical Access Hospital

# Beds: 25

4 ORs plus GI suite

Paper charts - no anesthesia EMR

License: Active WA medical license is preferred
