Now Hiring: Certified Activity Director

We are seeking a Certified Activity Director to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, organized, and passionate about improving the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement engaging activities for residents
• Develop individualized activity programs based on residents’ interests and abilities
• Organize social, recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities
• Encourage resident participation and promote social interaction
• Maintain accurate activity records and documentation
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure activities meet applicable regulatory and facility requirements

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Activity Director
• Experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach
• Ability to create meaningful and engaging programs for residents
