Own and drive the sales process throughout the sales lifecycle, engaging key stakeholders from capability and market teams. Identify , establish , and maintain client relationships and manage Enterprise accounts while closing new sales opportunities. Work with the Software and High-Tech market team to develop, manage, and maintain the market’s pipeline. Work on complex problems and p rovide leadership to cross functional teams , contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, and provide creative solutions to solve our clients’ core needs. Support marketing, intellectual capital development, operations, and events . Work with the team on integrated account tasks, including solutions that comprise products and services. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.You Have:* 10+ years of experience working in cybersecurity, including security strategy and advanced cyber defense* 5+ years of experience with direct sales or delivery in the US based software and high- tech space , including tech manufacturing, semiconductors, telecommunications, hyper-scalers, and SaaS* 5+ years of experience in professional sales at large global enterprises , selling services, and managing Enterprise client accounts with growth and expansion* Experience with presenting and communicating to teams and C-suite executives and clients, including briefings, managing and preparing for sales calls, and team-based discussions* Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure and provide longer-term account management to strategic client accounts* Ability to thrive in a team-based and fast-paced environment and coordinate with key stakeholders across technical capabilities and market and industry teams* Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging commercial environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, and identify new business opportunities with existing client s* Ability to synthesize technical content and distill into key messages that will resonate with senior business leaders* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed* Bachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:* Experience with strategy design, capability building, and organizational design and change* Experience briefing senior executives and coaching and mentoring junior staff on functional expertise* Experience with information security regulations or regulatory bodies* Experience using Microsoft365 and Salesforce* Experience adopting AI tools and resources responsibly to accelerate productivity* Knowledge of various risk management and security frameworks* Ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, influence outcomes, manage competing priorities, and reach mutually beneficial agreements* Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizational, and client facilitation skills* Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension, conflict resolution, teamwork, and relationship-building, and client-ready verbal and written communication skills* Master’s degree### CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
