Job post summary Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Job description: Electrical Estimator – Commercial & Industrial (IntelliBid Required) Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $70,000 – $125,000 per year (DOE) Job Description We are partnering with a well‑established electrical contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to identify an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in commercial and industrial projects. This role requires hands‑on estimating experience using Conest IntelliBid and a solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator who wants to work on complex, high‑value projects with a reputable contractor offering long‑term stability. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects Use Conest IntelliBid to perform takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation Collaborate with project managers, operations, and vendors during the bid process Maintain and update IntelliBid databases, assemblies, and pricing Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs Participate in bid reviews, value engineering, and post‑bid clarifications Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator Commercial and industrial estimating experience required Hands‑on experience with Conest IntelliBid (required) Active electrical license (Journeyman or Master preferred – Texas or transferable) Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of electrical estimating experience Background working for an electrical contractor Experience estimating large‑scale or fast‑paced bid environments Compensation & Benefits $70,000 – $125,000 base salary , depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays Long‑term career growth opportunities How to Apply Interested in launching your career with a Electrical contractor that values craftsmanship, safety, and smart estimating?
