Job Description Our client, a 450+ employee manufacturing facility, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all plant HR functions. This is a highly visible leadership role supporting a large manufacturing operation while partnering closely with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and HR compliance. - Lead all plant HR operations for a 450+ employee manufacturing facility
- Partner with plant leadership on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and employee development
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, HR metrics, and workforce reporting
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Lead employee investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture while driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience within manufacturing
- Experience supporting large manufacturing workforces (400+ employees preferred)
- Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and HR operations
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
