Location: Remote (must reside in the Tempe, AZ area)

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals and investors, delivering exceptional service and support.

• Handle inbound inquiries related to account services, transactions, and general account maintenance.

• Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to document interactions and provide timely resolutions.

• Participate in a structured training program that includes hands-on coaching, guided practice, and continued development opportunities.

• Manage approximately 25 to 30 inbound contacts per day, with opportunities to expand responsibilities based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 0 to 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications efficiently.

• Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Preferred

• Exposure to or education in financial services.

• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.

• Experience working in a team-based service environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
