DSP Team Leader: Lead Care Teams & Resident Support

New Communities Inc. seeks a DSP Team Leader to support adults with intellectual challenges in a Monday–Friday schedule, with on-call after hours. The role includes leadership of direct care staff and limited resident supervision in a full-time capacity at our Maine location.

Salary ranges $25.50–$28.00/hour, with benefits such as health, dental and vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plan matching. A Maine driver’s license and supervisory experience are preferred.
