We are seeking a  Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst with 7+ years of experience to support process transformation, reporting, forecasting, and operational improvements within a Medical Education team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve business processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Develop Salesforce reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data models.
• Build Tableau/Smartsheet dashboards and executive reporting.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Establish data governance and reporting standards.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Salesforce, Medical Affairs, and business teams.
• Lead process redesign, automation, documentation, and change management.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Business Analysis/Process Improvement experience.
• Strong Salesforce, Tableau/Smartsheet, reporting, KPI, and forecasting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Healthcare/medical device experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus.
