As an Actuarial Analyst you will: Collect, manage, and manipulate large datasets using databases, Excel, and other tools Support new business and client meetings with compelling insights that influence key decisions Contribute to pricing models, actuarial benchmarks, and proofs of concept that drive business performance Learn advanced financial modeling and reinsurance optimization methods to enhance risk management How will we support you? In the REACH Program, your development is our priority: A two-year full-time role designed to build your expertise in reinsurance broking and risk management through a structured training and development program Learn directly from our executive team, expert trainers, and a global network of supportive colleagues Experience a culture of guidance and teamwork that sets you up for success Full-time hybrid role with competitive pay for all training hours, combining in-office and remote work based on location What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, etc.) At least one actuarial exam passed, and a clear intention to pursue an ACAS/FCAS designation Comfort in various software tools to work efficiently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to travel to our home office in Rolling Meadows, IL, five times for training (all expenses covered) Preferred Qualifications: Internship or work experience in a related field Interest in reinsurance broking and risk management What can you expect from Gallagher Re?
