We are looking for a polished sales professional who understands the expectations of luxury vehicle buyers and has a proven record of delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate has previous experience selling luxury automotive brands, understands relationship-based selling, and is comfortable working with discerning customers who expect professionalism, product expertise, and personalized service. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized luxury automotive sales experience. * Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their preferences, lifestyle, and budget. * Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of vehicle features, technology, performance, and available options. * Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, purchase, and vehicle delivery. * Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. * Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers through telephone, email, and CRM systems. * Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in dealership systems. * Work closely with Sales Management, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Meet or exceed established monthly sales and customer satisfaction objectives. * Maintain a professional appearance and represent the INFINITI brand with integrity and enthusiasm. Required Qualifications * Previous luxury automotive sales experience is required. * Demonstrated success selling premium or luxury vehicles. * Strong understanding of consultative selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to build rapport with high-expectation clientele. * Experience using automotive CRM systems and following structured sales processes. * Strong organizational skills and consistent customer follow-up habits. * Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service. * Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements. * Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends. Preferred Qualifications * Previous sales experience with INFINITI, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Acura, Cadillac, Porsche, or comparable luxury automotive brands. * Established customer relationships and a record of repeat and referral business. * Bilingual English/Spanish. * Familiarity with automotive financing, leasing, and luxury vehicle technology.
