What you\'ll do Complete a one-time online survey/interview about your day-to-day work as an insurance claims adjuster, examiner, or investigator. It takes up to 30 minutes . There may be an optional follow-up survey, task, or short interview afterward, which would be paid separately. Pay Pay is set in proportion to the expected hourly wage for claims adjusters, examiners, and investigators. The initial task is 30 minutes, so it pays roughly half an hour at that rate, with the potential for additional paid tasks later. Who we\'re looking for 2+ years of experience working specifically as an insurance claims adjuster, examiner, or investigator (SOC 13-1031.00 — Claims Adjusters, Examiners, and Investigators). U.S.-based. Currently employed in the role, or employed in the role recently — we are not looking for people who left the profession many years ago. You must have actually held a claims adjuster, examiner, or investigator role. People with only general insurance or office exposure are not a fit unless they have genuinely worked in claims.
